Inherit the Wind
The main library will show this film, directed by Stanley Kramer, as part of the Friday Night Film Series. Inherit the Wind studies evolutionism vs. creationism and will be showing at 7 p.m. on Feb. 2.
Two or Three Things I Know About Her
The Detroit Film Theatre will be showing this French film from Feb. 15-17. Directed by Jean-Luc Godard, this is a biographical piece on Juliette Janson, a housewife in the 1960s who is a prostitute.
Comedy Clash
Magdalena\’s Tea House will be welcoming some of Michigan\’s best amatuer comedians to perform on Feb. 17 at 8 p.m.
Children\’s Film Festival
East Lansing will be featuring some of the world\’s best in children\’s cinema on Feb. 23. South Kedzie hall, Hannah Community Center and NCG Eastwood will be holding the festival for all ages.


Great Lakes Myth Society and Mason Proper
Both bands will be in Ferndale at The Magic Bag on Feb. 2 at 8 p.m.
Steppin\’ In It
The local folk band will be performing at The Green Door on Feb. 19 at 9:30 p.m.
Chris Bathgate
The Blind Pig in Ann Arbor will welcome Chris Bathgate on Feb. 23 at 9:30 p.m.
Jen Sygit
